In golf, I enjoy the silence and concentration: the long swing, breathing, trajectory it's all about discipline and precision of movement. When I want to completely clear my head, I take a notebook and make quick sketches lines, spots, minimal strokes-to capture the essence of the moment. I consciously seek adrenaline: skydiving gives me a rare feeling of freedom and self-confidence, and mountain peaks give me honest fatigue and clarity of thought
